Our Timeline
1992 - FOUNDATION
In november 1992, linea brasil indústria e comércio de móveis ltda was founded, the growth expectations and market were favorable and the goal of offering functional and high quality products with a unique design were the challenge that boostered its developers.
1992 - LAMINATED WOOD
In 1992, linea implemented laminated wood in its processes. to wrap the mdf boards used in furniture manufacture. The process brought a more attractive visual aid with a natural wood aspect to the mdf sheet.
1996 - MDF CURVED CUT
Linea brasil was the first industry to bring this innovation, using curved cut in mdf sheets. Enabling the accessibility to brand new and authentic design in that time for our products.
1999 - UV PAINTING
We were one of the first industries to implement the uv painting line. Bringing high quality on painting mdf sheets, quick drying using ultraviolet lights, ensuring, production agility.
2000 - HOME THEATER CREATION
We created a new product category that revolutionized the industry and the living room: the home theater a furniture that provides tv and sound devices spaces, that integrated to the tv, offers the complete experience to the user. beside that, it offers a wide space with shelves. 2006 - BP FINISHING
Linea launched the bp finishing model that brought to the rack and entertainment center market many possibilities of creation and quality. The "bp' is a wrapping style treated with specific technologies to bring more resistence to the piece. This process consists in a melamine sheet (a type of a very resistant plastic) pressed to a mdf sheet.
2012 - WOOD FINISHING
Linea brasil launched the option of color combination and unique colors that upgraded the finishing that was very similar to wood veins: the wood finishing brought an amazing sensory experience to the clients.
2018 - SLATED STYLE
In 2018 we had some more breaking news adapting the slated panel from the interior design and we implemented it to our products, bringing what is more modern in the furniture market and the interior design to our furniture.
2020 - WRAPPING TECHNOLOGY
In 2020, linea brasil brought a finishing that is superior to everything in the market. A new experience that increases the pattern: the wrapping finishing in this process, our mdf sheets receive a wrapping layer for a 100% perfect finishing.
PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
Our industrial park has high technology, ensuring repeatability and reliability in all processes present in the manufacture of a product. We also have a WCM (World Class Manufacturing) program, GO.LINEA (Linea Brasil Operations Management), which has been reducing losses in our manufacturing processes for 7 years and we have been ISO9001 certified since 2016
SUSTAINABILITY
Our main raw material comes from reforested forests and all waste from our manufacturing process is properly treated. Reinforcing our commitment to sustainability through ECOSELO certification, which we have the highest score: diamond.
FROM BRAZIL TO MORE THAN 40 COUNTRIES
For over 15 years we have been exporting Brazilian Design. We send approximately 25% of our production to the foreign market, with Latin America as our main market. We currently serve more than 40 countries and are present on 4 continents.
